Our Commitment to Safety

We adopt a zero harm philosophy:

  • Zero harm to people through our interactions on our client’s facilities. This also translates to no damage to client infrastructure through our own activities.
  • Zero harm to the environment

To achieve this, we work with our clients to understand credible risks in our projects and how we can eliminate or mitigate them.

In the pursuit of our business we commit to adhering to the edicts of our clients’ Heath, Safety, Security and Environment Management systems, while we engage in our activities.

Further, we fully endorse the Point Lisas Energy Association and Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago (ECTT), Association of Upstream Operators of Trinidad and Tobago (AUOTT) industry wide safety initiatives:

PLEA Pass System

Our site personnel meets at a minimum this basic safety assessment, as we work on PLEA member company facilities.

EES achieved a major milestone by satisfying the audit requirements to be awarded STOW-TT certification, for an initial 2- year period, on the 17th November 2015.  The STOW-TT certification is a tangible representation of our commitment to systematic risk management.

“We are sending a clear message to our clients about the way we set about our affairs.  Our activities will be managed to produce a low net residual risk in the execution of all our projects, as we strive for continuous improvement in the way we deliver.” – Neil Harper, Managing Director, EES
